Peanut Butter Mushroom Kathi roll

There is so Mush-room in my heart for this,so Letā€™s Roll šŸ˜Ā 

The secret ingredient in this recipe is the Creamy Peanut Butter by Nutty @unitedfoodsstore It Adds the perfect creamy texture and also a very earthy nutty taste to the fillingĀ 

Recipe :

For the FillingĀ 

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 tsp minced garlic along with puree of 2 tomatoes. Let this cook for 5-7 minsĀ 
  • Add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp chilli flakes along with mushrooms. You can also use Tofu or Paneer or Chicken.Ā 
  • Once the mushrooms are cooked add 1 tbsp creamy Peanut Butter by NuttyĀ 
  • Add salt as per tasteĀ 

Layer this on the roll and top with fresh salad of onions, carrots and some fresh cilantroĀ
